By downloading, accessing, or using the Quit Like A Boss app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Quit Like A Boss is a smoking cessation support app featuring an AI companion ("Boss"), journaling tools, health recovery tracking, and community features. The Service provides motivational and educational support. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Boss Premium is offered as a monthly subscription (£24.99/month) or an annual subscription (£229.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown above (£24.99/month or £229.99/year), charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased. Trial availability may vary by store and region.
Boss is an artificial intelligence. While designed to be supportive and helpful, Boss can make mistakes, and its responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Boss is a companion, not a clinician, counsellor, or emergency service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to harm others, or attempt to extract or manipulate the underlying AI systems. Community features must be used respectfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Journal entries, voice notes, letters, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the Service.
The Quit Like A Boss name, logo, the Boss character, and all app content and design are the property of Quit Like A Boss and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
