Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Quit Like A Boss account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, including if you have already uninstalled the app.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

The fastest way, if you still have the app installed:

  1. Open Quit Like A Boss.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are removed straight away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email us and we will delete it for you:

Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or tell us the email you signed up with, so we can verify it is really you. We will confirm once your account has been deleted, normally within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This removes your full account and all associated data, we do not offer partial deletion of individual items while keeping the account.

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, for example basic payment or transaction records needed for tax and accounting. Any such records are kept only as long as legally required and are never used to contact you or to advertise to you. Note that subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google Play, so cancelling a subscription is done through your App Store or Google Play account settings and is separate from deleting your data here.
